Since Spring is here, there’s no better time than now to spend a day outdoors. The Mother’s Day Picnic at Fairsing Vineyard will include a picnic basket for two. You’ll have two options for main dishes. You can choose between either Chilled Fried Chicken with pickles and hot sauce or Chilled Slow-Roasted Salmon and Herbs. You’ll also get to choose some picnic sides, selecting up to three of them. The options here include Kale Salad with Pancetta & Pecorino, Chilled Pea Soup, Farfalle with Pesto & Peas, Vegetable Frittata, Tomato & Feta Salad, Wile Wice Salad, and Southwestern Potato Salad.
