NW Wine Shuttle

1. General Terms
By using the services of NW Wine Shuttle (“Company”), including but not limited to booking a wine tour, transportation by the hour, accessing the website (www.nwwineshuttle.com), and participating in our experiences, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should reconsider the use of our services.
2. Guest Expectations
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, guests must adhere to the following conduct guidelines:
- Follow all instructions given by NW Wine Shuttle staff and drivers.
- Drink responsibly; excessive intoxication may result in removal from the tour with no refund.
- Respect winery staff, fellow passengers, and the shuttle vehicle.
- No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle.
- Keep noise levels reasonable inside the vehicle to avoid disrupting others and the driver.
- Guests must be 21+ years old and provide valid identification upon request. Children area allowed on a case-by-case basis and when approved by the company.
- No outside alcohol is permitted inside the vehicle unless otherwise approved by NW Wine Shuttle.
Failure to comply with these expectations may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
3. Reservations, Cancellations, and Refunds
- All bookings are confirmed upon payment.
- Cancellations made at least 5 days before the tour will be refunded or may be rebooked for a future date (validation period to be determined).
- Cancellations within 5 days of the tour date are non-refundable.
- No-shows and cancellations on the day of the tour are non-refundable.
- NW Wine Shuttle reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather, vehicle issues, or winery closures. In such cases, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Vehicle Damage & Fees
- Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the shuttle vehicle, including but not limited to spills, excessive cleaning needs, and physical damage.
- A minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for excessive messes or biohazardous incidents (e.g., vomiting).
- Repair costs for damages caused by a guest will be assessed and charged accordingly.
- NW Wine Shuttle reserves the right to refuse future service to any guest responsible for damages or misconduct.
5. Liability Waiver
- NW Wine Shuttle is not responsible for lost or stolen items during the tour.
- Participation in wine tours involves inherent risks, including but not limited to alcohol consumption, travel between locations, and interactions with winery staff. Guests accept all risks associated with the tour and release NW Wine Shuttle from any claims related to injuries, damages, or other losses.
6. Photos & Videos
- Photos and videos may be taken during the tour for promotional purposes.
- By participating, you grant NW Wine Shuttle the right to use any images or videos taken during the tour for marketing, social media, and other promotional efforts.
- If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform your host prior to the tour.
7. Links to Third-Party Websites
NW Wine Shuttle may provide links to external sites for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on NW Wine Shuttle’s website and promotional materials, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, are the property of NW Wine Shuttle. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Oregon.
10. Updates to Terms & Conditions
NW Wine Shuttle reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
